For many years now I have been seeing many patients from Cayman for treatments ranging from a single implant or gum disease to complete implant replacements for patients wanting to avoid or replace removable denture plates. Because of our proven sedation protocols as well as years of experience with up-to-date technology in treating the complex case, it is common for us to develop an appointment plan that provides “life changing” dentistry in as little as one surgical visit.
Some examples of this are the All-on-4 dental implant system in which a complete arch of fixed teeth can be possible at the end of the first appointment-the same day the implants are placed. The use of Alloderm grafting incredibly avoids the need to take gum grafts from the roof of the mouth and therefore allows many more teeth roots to be treated for recession in a single visit. Another is laser periodontal treatment or LANAPwhere the Millenium PerioLase Laser is used to treat even advanced gum disease requiring bone regeneration without the use of bone grafts, scalpels or sutures.
We are located 10-15 minutes from Miami International Airport and there are many hotels in the area that we could help you with. Hope this helps.

The cost of all-on-4 in the US is between $25,000-$30,000 per jaw. The following is what the protocol typically includes:
• Coordination of an implant team consisting of surgeon, restorative dentist and lab technician
• IV Conscious sedation
• The preparation of plasma derived growth factors using the PRGF protocol for faster healing
• Removal of any remaining teeth in the arch (upper, lower or both) being worked on
• The surgical placement of 4 dental implants per arch.
• A fixed temporary bridge attached to the 4 implants that can be put to function that same day.
Four to six months after this first appointment, a final bridge is fabricated and placed by the lab technician and restorative dentist. This is the long term prosthesis that typically contains a hidden titanium metal framework for strength and durability.
All on 4™ is a relatively new implant option in the United States but has been done for many years with great success in Europe. This technique uses fewer implants that are placed at mechanical inclinations to maximize support. Because fewer implants are used this means lower treatment fees. Because we have a CT Scan in our facility, the deliberate use of angled implant placement allows us to avoid important anatomical areas that previously required bone grafting. Eliminating the need for costly bone grafting saves money as well as months of healing. We could perform the implant placement with sedation and place teeth later the same day if you wish. The All on 4™ option provides a comparable long term outcome to Teeth in An Hour™ by attaching teeth that do not have to be removed. All on 4™ saves time and money and we are excited to make this option available to our patients.
