I just wanted to let you know that Sara is doing fantastic. She had no swelling and she is ecstatic about the whole procedure.

She could not believe that she had no swelling, pain, or blood in her mouth the next day. Her boss did not believe that she had surgery yesterday! She is so happy that I think you cured her dental phobia.

I know her, and I know she will tell anyone and everyone about her surgery, and what an excellent choice she made to go to you.

I am working on 2 more friends who need implants. I hope they choose the right thing to do, and go to you. I just wanted to thank you for an excellent job done.

I just wish I could put an ad in the papers about how to choose a surgeon for cosmetic dentistry. I hear many horror stories from patients and it is sad that I know it does not have to be that way. So I try to do my part to make sure that at least my friends have a pleasant experience.

The following is to share my testimony of an Periodontal Reconstructive Bone Surgery that I experienced after having an accident 16 years ago and just two months ago I found out the severness of my condition. The surgery was a total success, my jaw looks reconstructed, as if I had Cosmetic Surgery (even though that was not the objective). 

I recovered in 3 days, went to work in 4 days, after the third day I ate like I normally would in small portions.

And the greatest blessing of all was that not once did I feel pain. I am unaware of other patient's experiences, I speak for my own, and the reality is that the days following the surgery until now, I did not experience pain at all.

Lastly I would like to give thanks first to God, my family and of course Dr. Gallardo for his methology, professionalism and excellent work.  I truly recommend this doctor to any person that would require this type of treatment, and do not doubt choosing him because the results are excellent.

Quiero dar testimonio que la operacion periodontal y de reconstruccion de hueso que me hicieron a mi luego de haber tenido un accidente hace 16 anos y que solo vine a darme cuenta de la gravedad de lo que me estaba pasando hace como dos meses, ha sido un exito total, hasta esteticamente mi mandibula se nota reconstruida ( como si fuese una cirugia plastica, aunque ese no era el obejtivo).

Me recupere en 3 dias, fui a trabajar al 4 dia sin problema de ninguna clase, comi normalmente, obviamente sin usar la parte de la operacion al tercer dia ( bien cortado y en porciones pequenas).

Y la bendicion mas grande de todo es que no senti dolor un solo instante, yo no se cual ha sido la experiencia de otros pacientes, yo hablo por la mia, y la realidad es que dolor de ninguna pero de ninguna clase, senti durante los dias de recuperacion y mucho menos lo sentiria dias despues.

Para terminar, quiero darle las gracias a Dios primero, mi familia, y por supuesto al Dr. Gallardo por sus metodos, su profesionalismo y excelente trabajo, recomiendo a cualquier persona que necesite un tratamiento de esta clase que no dude un segundo en hacerlo porque los resultados son excelentes.

Dear Dr. Gallardo,

Thank you very much for taking me from Dr. W on such short notice. You literally saved my day, Friday the 13th!

I have to tell you as a professional observer and consultant to many small business, I was very impressed with your practice.
1 - Your staff quickly processed me in and assured me that I would be quickly seen.
2 -Upon arrival in the treatment room, each of your treatment staff came by personally introduced themselves to me, shook my hand and one even removed her mask so I could see her face. This says so much about your practices commitment to care and practice branding, my area of specialty.
3 - Upon relocation into the 2nd treatment room, your staff placed the TV on CNN for me, covered me with a surgical blanket, asked about  my comfort and reassured me you were the expert surgeon to resolve my situation.
4 - Your beside manner was very appreciated – polite, but to the business hand. I could hear how you were interacting with your staff, giving guidance, “No we can’t use that one, because it’s bent; get another. Did you test it? Test it before you give it to me” and “No not that one, the one on the right will do well.” Each time your staff adjusted course, providing you what you requested quickly, correctly and without a lot of dialog.
5 - The procedure was less than 20 minutes once you started; your staff post-op explained to me what I could/could not eat. Provided me with a bottle of COLD water (very appreciated) and a hot towel. That surprised me and was a great way to wrap up the visit.
6 - On the way out, your staff thanked me and had my prescriptions printed and waiting for me while I booked my two-week follow up.

So, I have to tell you: very smooth. Few practices have this flow of process seamless of procedure that yours do. I was never once made to feel that I was imposing or skewing your afternoon schedule. You treated me as if one of your one. WOW, What a great experience. I can only assume you have the metrics to measure these activities and use them to better leverage your practice, branding and revenue.

In reference to my periodontal surgery last week I was worried and scared but just as you said I didn't feel any pain or discomfort through the surgery.  Thanks to the intravenous sedation you provided and the professional service and caring of you and your staff I felt I was in the best of hands.  I would definetely recommend you to anyone for any treatment they might need specially any surgical treatment.
