On May 23, I had oral surgery with Dr. Gallardo. He brings a knowledgeable approach with a soft bedside manner. I appreciate his knowledge, gentle manner, and skilled approach. While I did have a consultation with another oral surgeon, Dr. Gallardo was clearly more qualified and experienced. I wanted everything to come out perfect, and it did! Dr. Gallardo combines amazing service and care. I have already recommended his office, and I’ll continue to do so.

I always go to Gallardo for my teeth cleaning. It’s the best teeth cleaning you can get! They do everything that needs to be done and then some. Everyone here is extremely friendly, almost like being at home. They take their time, the thoroughly check your gums and point out anything in detail. I have gotten several procedures done. Sinus lift, teeth implants and they added bone around my tooth for the implant to be able to have support. I feel really good here. They are first class surgeons. I just feel really comfortable here. My primary dentist referred me and I only come here for my teeth cleaning. I really love Dr. Gallardo. He’s always very nice and optimistic. The dental hygienist is very professional. My results are perfect and their suggestions are always on point. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are very diligent as well. I’ve never had a problem.

I had a lip repositioning surgery with Dr Gallardo 2 weeks ago. Look for the doctor on the internet and consult some doctors in Colombia, and in the end I decided to choose Dr. Gallardo for the experience, the amount of positive testimonies and also for the convenience of being in Miami, where I currently live. My expectation was to be able to smile with confidence because for a person born with this problem it is very difficult to live with that. When smiling, my gums were shown and after investigating about the procedure some people told me that it changed your life. From the clinic I can say that one of the things that caught my attention was the hygiene and cleanliness of the place and that everyone was very attentive and professional, with reminders for appointments that made me feel very calm and confident that I was in good condition. hands. Only 2 weeks after the procedure and I start to see the results. I would recommend Dr. Gallardo, the assistants and especially the nurse Daniel. I must say that the procedure met my expectations, my new smile of satisfaction says it all.

I have a fear of dentists and had been searching for a very, very long time to find someone who made me feel comfortable and at ease. I'm so lucky I met Dr. Gallardo. His kind and reassuring personality really stood out during my first appointment. I felt like I was in great hands during my dental implant and laser gum depigmentation procedures. I'm two weeks out from my procedures and feel great...no pain at all. I highly recommend Dr. Gallardo to other patients. He really took great care of me. It's unbelievable, but he actually sent me flowers after procedure

A couple of weeks ago I had dental surgery, receiving two implants at Gallardo’ office. Instead of having a bridge, I thought this procedure would provide the best results. Luckily, I have known Dr. Gallardo’s office for a while and felt comfortable choosing him. My regular dentist recommended Dr. Gallardo years ago. I’m a nurse, so I can tell right away when a practice runs well. For this reason, I would never choose anyone else for dental surgery. They even send flowers to your home afterwards! My follow-ups have been tremendous and I definitely recommend Dr. Gallardo and Dr. Lamas to others whenever possible.

I have a genetic disorder that caused problems with my teeth. I was familiar with All-on-4 dental implants but didn't have a dental specialist. I'm so glad someone referred me to Dr. Gallardo. He provided me with unprecedented quality care. Additionally, his office is extremely clean and the technology he uses is state-of-the-art. My procedure and recovery went well, no pain at all. My overall experience was absolutely great. I really can't say enough good things about Dr. Gallardo and his staff.

It was actually a comfort to meet you, as I knew I was dealing with a compassionate man, who also was very skilled and exemplified professionalism. The way you discussed my options with me, but allowed me time to come up with, actually, the only true solution to my dental problems – will forever be appreciated. My decision became easier because of you – your compassion, skill and professionalism. So a HUGE thank you for giving me the courage to do the right thing also thank you for everything you did (I was asleep for this) however I more than appreciate your skills and your supportive team. Hello John Paul, I just wanted to let you know that Sara is doing fantastic. She had no swelling and she is ecstatic about the whole procedure. She could not believe that she had no swelling, pain, or blood in her mouth the next day. Her boss did not believe that she had surgery yesterday! She is so happy that I think you cured her dental phobia.
I know her, and I know she will tell anyone and everyone about her surgery, and what an excellent choice she made to go to you. I am working on 2 more friends who need implants. I hope they choose the right thing to do, and go to you. I just wanted to thank you for an excellent job done. I just wish I could put an ad in the papers about how to choose a surgeon for cosmetic dentistry. I hear many horror stories from patients and it is sad that I know it does not have to be that way. So I try to do my part to make sure that at least my friends have a pleasant experience.

Dr. Gallardo, The following is to share my testimony of an Periodontal Reconstructive Bone Surgery that I experienced after having an accident 16 years ago and just two months ago I found out the severness of my condition. The surgery was a total success, my jaw looks reconstructed, as if I had Cosmetic Surgery (even though that was not the objective). I recovered in 3 days, went to work in 4 days, after the third day I ate like I normally would in small portions. And the greatest blessing of all was that not once did I feel pain. I am unaware of other patient’s experiences, I speak for my own, and the reality is that the days following the surgery until now, I did not experience pain at all. Lastly I would like to give thanks first to God, my family and of course Dr. Gallardo for his methology, professionalism and excellent work. I truly recommend this doctor to any person that would require this type of treatment, and do not doubt choosing him because the results are excellent. Thank you.

Dear Dr. Gallardo, Thank you very much for taking me from Dr. W on such short notice. You literally saved my day, Friday the 13th! I have to tell you as a professional observer and consultant to many small business, I was very impressed with your practice. 1 – Your staff quickly processed me in and assured me that I would be quickly seen. 2 -Upon arrival in the treatment room, each of your treatment staff came by personally introduced themselves to me, shook my hand and one even removed her mask so I could see her face. This says so much about your practices commitment to care and practice branding, my area of specialty. 3 – Upon relocation into the 2nd treatment room, your staff placed the TV on CNN for me, covered me with a surgical blanket, asked about my comfort and reassured me you were the expert surgeon to resolve my situation. 4 – Your beside manner was very appreciated – polite, but to the business hand. I could hear how you were interacting with your staff, giving guidance, “No we can’t use that one, because it’s bent; get another. Did you test it? Test it before you give it to me” and “No not that one, the one on the right will do well.” Each time your staff adjusted course, providing you what you requested quickly, correctly and without a lot of dialog. 5 – The procedure was less than 20 minutes once you started; your staff post-op explained to me what I could/could not eat. Provided me with a bottle of COLD water (very appreciated) and a hot towel. That surprised me and was a great way to wrap up the visit. 6 – On the way out, your staff thanked me and had my prescriptions printed and waiting for me while I booked my two-week follow up. So, I have to tell you: very smooth. Few practices have this flow of process seamless of procedure that yours do. I was never once made to feel that I was imposing or skewing your afternoon schedule. You treated me as if one of your one. WOW, What a great experience. I can only assume you have the metrics to measure these activities and use them to better leverage your practice, branding and revenue. Again, Thank you Dr. Gallardo.
