Patient came to our office after multiple attempts at saving her natural front tooth with orthodontic and periodontal treatments. It was decided that bone and gum reconstruction, as well as a dental implant, would allow for the most cosmetic and long term result. Patient had her front tooth removed and a dental implant was placed using IV sedation for a comfortable experience. In order to achieve the most natural appearance, a gingival improvement graft as well as bone regeneration using growth factors, was completed. Patient is very happy with her final results.
